General Info! - Breaking any of my TOS rules will result on you being blacklisted of my work and further contact, be aware that I might take necessary actions and not work with you again.

• Do not use my art in anything related to AI generated images, prompts or NFTs.
• Your request might be denied if it makes me uncomfortable in any way.
• You are responsible for providing the reference needed, and I will only work with what you sent me, unless I need more help with details. (Such as: character sheets, poses, expressions, details, etc.)
• References can be sent as pictures, artworks, or detailed text description, AI generated images will not be accepted.
• Please be specific on what you are looking for, it helps both parties to complete the project in a satisfying manner.
• Please understand that, in commissioning me, your project will be translated into MY artstyle, it will have my artistic interpretations, views and stylization. I do not replicate/copy other styles, and can only use as general references.
• You cannot resell my artwork or characters without my permission and commercial rights.
• You can use my artwork for personal use (profile pictures, banners, edits, etc.). Proper credits will be appreciated.
• The commission may be posted on my media/portfolio, you will be asked for permission after the artwork is finished.
• You are allowed to repost my artwork, only with proper credits.
• If a deadline is stated, you will be charged a fee for skipping on the waitlist queue.
• Notice will be put if delay is needed when order is placed or before the work completion.Work progress
General work progress
• You will be in a waitlist, and will receive updates when your commission is started.
• I may not work on the commissions on the exact order that it’s on my Trello or Waitlist, as in ‘'First come, first serve’'!
• I might slowly work in different commissions at the same time, and finish smaller commissions in-between bigger commissions and projects.
• Work in Progress can be requested for free anytime.
• I will send you free random updates of the artwork in progress whenever I am working on it.
• The updates will be sent with a watermark, unless the entire payment was already delivered.
Alteration services
• You can ask for unlimited free alterations during the sketch and flatcolor phase. (Ex: Changing expression, hand pose, outfit details for sketch phase. Eye colors, hair color, skin color for flatcolor phase.)
• The flatcolor phase does not count and will not be available for free design revisions only the colors on it, anything other than that must be discussed during the sketch phase. (Ex: Fur or clothing patterns.)
• No alterations will be accepted after this time without extra payment.
• You can ask for up to 5 paid alterations, after the limit is over, the drawing will be delivered based on how the last revision was asked for, unless it has a big mistake on my part/interpretation.
• No big alterations will be accepted after the sketch phase and will only be accepted as different commissions. (Ex: completely changing the character design, pose, entire character coloring or theme.)CommunicationFor private Discord/Twitter/Socials commissions.• After the discussion and payment are done, you will E-mail me a receipt of your payment proof, together with a small description of the artwork titles (NOT a full description, just titles. Ex: ''Two characters, Fullbody, flatcolor, no backgrounds.'')
• You can ask me for assistance to write the title description of your piece for your E-mail. (As listed above)
• I will send you the finished piece file via E-mail, including the date of finalization and also title descriptions.For VGEN commissions.
• Vgen commissions will also follow my main TOS, only with a different payment and communication method.
• All communication and payment will be done on the Vgen website, with no external communication affecting the vgen commission. Please communicate everything on the Vgen website.
• Please follow the Vgen TOS.
For 'Skeb'/Surprise commissions• Skeb/Surprise commissions are cheaper than my normal commissions, but there is no revisions and less communication during the commission.
• Please understand and accept the risks before you accept this kind of commission.
• If you accept and order this type of commissions, no refunds will be made available when the artwork is completed and delivered.Payment
• Please only pay for the commission once we are settled and ready to start.
• All prices are in USD $.
• Requests and payments are accepted through PAYPAL requests or VGEN.
• You will receive a Paypal payment request when the commission is already set up to be started. (If the commission is not done via Vgen.)
• The payment is either upfront or 50/50, unless the project is worth more than $300.
• For commission projects worth more than $300, you can also pay upfront or 50/50, but the option of bigger payment plans are also available and must be discussed during the start of the project.
• The payment plans may not be changed without my agreement and consent after the commission is already started on.
• You will only receive the artwork without watermarks after paying the entire price of the commission.
• If your artwork was already started on, refunds will not be accepted.Commercial use and monetized content• Fees will be appliedNSFW• I will ONLY work with people who are 18 years old or older.
• I will NOT draw anything that is or resembles something illegal.
• I am free to decline any kind of request that makes me uncomfortable.

• The turnaround time depends a lot on my waitlist, personal life and how detailed your commission is
• Please take this TAT with a grain of salt, since my work is way more versatile than this, it might be quicker/slower than the times stated, please, take it only as an overall base on what to expect.
• This does not include commissions which were paid a rush fee for.~ TAT to start a commission = 1 day to a week
~ TAT to finish the commission (Chibi, Emotes, Cartoon) = 5 days to a month
~ TAT to finish the commission (Main style) = 1 week to 3/4 months• Either way, I will keep you updated on anything you need to know!

1. Those are for completely changing something in the art/design after the lineart.
(Ex: Changing the hairstyle, clothing design, fur pattern, expression. - Does not include changing completely the pose and/or character design, only small changes.) - (See more details on TOS)
2. Those are for different versions of the same drawing, keeping the original one, and the client is sent both versions.
